Once your order has been confirmed, please allow the necessary processing time before your items are shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery location, carrier availability, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Barks and Meows Kingdom is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation issues, holidays, incorrect routing, carrier staffing shortages, or any other events outside of our control. Delivery dates and timeframes provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Barks and Meows Kingdom is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or with any delivery issues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable. We will do our best to help resolve the issue, but final responsibility for carrier-related delays or handling issues remains with the shipping carrier.
