Return & Refund Policy – Barks and Meows Kingdom

At Barks and Meows Kingdom, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. We accept returns within 14 days on eligible items as long as the item is returned in its original packaging, unworn, unused, and in the same condition it was received.

To request a return, customers must contact us before sending the item back. Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, damage, missing packaging, or missing original tags may not be accepted for return. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Wrong Items Sent

If you receive the wrong item, please contact Barks and Meows Kingdom at barksandmeows@barksandmeowskingdom.com as soon as possible after receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide instructions for exchanging the incorrect item for the correct one. The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, a refund may be issued to the original payment method, store credit, or an exchange may be provided, depending on the situation. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
